TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Flower Run WA Pty Ltd NAME], trading as The Flower Run, ABN [ABN], located at 2/19 Pearson Way, Osborne Park WA 6017 (“the Promoter”).

1. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 12:00 am AWST on 9 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in conducting the promotion are not eligible to enter.

The prize can only be delivered within The Flower Run’s standard Perth delivery area. Entrants should confirm that their intended delivery addresses are serviced by The Flower Run before entering.

1. How to enter

To receive one entry, an eligible entrant must place and pay for an order with a product subtotal of at least $79 during the Promotion Period.

The minimum spend excludes delivery fees, gift cards and any free promotional products.

Orders may be placed through theflowerrun.com.au or directly with The Flower Run.

Each eligible order receives one entry, regardless of the total amount spent. Multiple eligible orders receive separate entries.

No additional entry fee applies. The normal price of products will not be increased because of this promotion.

Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders will not be eligible. If an order is partially refunded and its remaining eligible product value falls below $79, the entry will be removed.

1. Prize

One winner will receive three Classic Bunches from The Flower Run, with one bunch delivered each month for three consecutive months.

Each Classic Bunch has a retail value of $79. The maximum total prize value is $296.85, including delivery to an eligible address within The Flower Run’s delivery area.

The winner may choose an eligible recipient and delivery address for each monthly bunch. The recipient and address may vary each month.

The three deliveries must be redeemed during October, November and December 2026. The winner must provide reasonable notice of their preferred delivery dates. Delivery dates are subject to The Flower Run’s usual operating days, availability and delivery conditions.

Flower varieties and colours will vary according to seasonal and market availability.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, refunded or used as credit toward another purchase. Any unused part of the prize will be forfeited.

1. Winner selection

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw at 12:00 pm AWST on 1 October 2026 at The Flower Run, 2/19 Pearson Way, Osborne Park WA 6017.

Every valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

The first valid entry selected will be the winner.

1. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number attached to their qualifying order within two business days of the draw.

The winner’s first name and surname initial will also be published on The Flower Run’s website and/or social media channels.

The winner must respond and accept the prize by 11:59 pm AWST on 14 October 2026.

1. Unclaimed prize

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these terms, the prize will be considered unclaimed.

An unclaimed-prize redraw will take place by random electronic draw at 12:00 pm AWST on 15 October 2026 at the same location.

Any replacement winner will be contacted within two business days.

1. Verification

The Promoter may verify an entrant’s identity, age, residency and qualifying purchase before awarding the prize.

The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information or otherwise fail to comply with these terms.

1. Changes and availability

The Promoter will conduct the promotion as advertised and in accordance with applicable laws.

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide a replacement of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

The promotion will not be amended, cancelled or withdrawn after commencement without any approval required by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.

1. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or incorrectly submitted because of technical problems outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

The Promoter is not responsible for a winner providing an incorrect or ineligible delivery address or failing to arrange delivery within the stated redemption period.

1. Privacy

Personal information collected for this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

Information will be handled in accordance with The Flower Run’s privacy policy and may be disclosed where required by law.

1. Acceptance

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is conducted under the trade-promotion lottery requirements applicable in Western Australia.
