We always use the Flower Run because they have a great selection of flowers with funky little extras. The Flower Run have always been very reliable and if a delivery has been scheduled at a specific timeframe, it has always happened. I had the privilege of receiving get well flowers from my Daughter,Son in Law and Grandson last week. The flowers were absolutely stunning - my favourite blooms delivered in a lovely jar along with a beautiful card. The flowers were so fresh and truly brightened my day. Thanks very much Staff Flower Run💖💝 🤗

I wanted a “get well” delivery as I am based in Melbourne and wanted delivery to a local relative in Perth. Rang them promptly at 8am when they opened, spoke to a young lady who recommended some pink roses and so placed the order immediately. The order AS PROMISED was there by 4pm. The great thing I found was the lass knew approximately when delivery would happen, I had a receipt in my hands immediately and the order was “track-able” right to me getting an SMS when the flowers had been delivered which was confirmed by my relative. Smooth, knowledgeable and very competent execution - it EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Thanks Guys - appreciated. I’ll be back

Had an issue with the flowers I received, BUT they rectified the situation with a full refund and even offered to send me another bouquet FREE OF CHARGE. This is how businesses should operate, and I would feel comfortable ordering again as a result.

Can I make changes to what is included in the packages?

We have created these packages for ease of ordering so unfortunately we cannot customise the packages. We cannot make changes to the inclusions of the packages. You can however, choose from our list of add on items to create a more personalised package.
Can I choose specific flower types and colours?

You are able to choose between our four themed packages but due to seasonal availability we cannot allow specific flower type or colour requests. 
Can I order items only from the add-on list?

Our add on items are only available to be added to our packages and cannot be bought individually. 
Can you deliver my wedding flowers or set up my wedding flowers at the venue?

We are offering collection only on Fridays between 10am-2pm or Saturdays between 10am-11am.
When should I collect my wedding flowers?

We recommend picking your flowers up as late as possible before your event for a few reasons. Flowers need to be handled with care and need to be kept out of harsh weather conditions. Picking up your flowers as late as possible reduces these elements and ensures they will be perfect for your big day.  
Can I cancel my order or make changes?

Yes, you can receive a full refund or make changes up until 4 weeks before your event. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for cancellation or changes closer to your wedding date.
