BOOKING
Our cut offs for wedding bookings are 3 weeks prior to your event, if the date is available. We
recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your date, as we only take on a certain
number of bookings per weekend. We do not hold dates or take deposits. Full balance must be paid
on the website to book your event. 

BOOKING FEES
There are certain weeks of the year which are considered peak trade for us - Valentines Day,
Mothers Day and Christmas. We will block out dates on our website around these periods where
unfortunately we cannot take on wedding and event bookings. In these periods where dates are not
blocked out but are still close, for example the first week of February, a 20% fee will be added to
your booking due to increased wholesale prices. 

DESIGN
The Flower Run wedding packages are designed for ease of ordering. Unfortunately they are not
able to be customised in any way, other than adding items from our Add On list. The colour palettes
remain as is, and we cannot make alterations. The flower types used are the sole choice of The
Flower Run, and we cannot take requests for specific flower types. Bouquets and Buttonholes will be
wrapped with a white ribbon unless otherwise requested. 

HIRE ITEMS
All items hired from The Flower Run remain its property. You will be charged for damaged, broken or
missing hire items. Payment for replacement costs must be paid within 7 days of invoice. Hire items
must be returned to The Flower Run within 5 working days. Returning your items after this time will
incur daily charges.  

DISPLAY RIGHTS
The Flower Run retains the right to use images from your event for promotional purposes. Photos
taken by The Flower Run remain its property and if you wish to use any images for your own
promotion, credit must be given via tagging. 

PROFESSIONAL IMAGES
By booking with The Flower Run, you agree to provide us with access to all professional images
featuring our designs. You can also provide us with the contact details of the photographer used for
the event, and we will make contact.

DESIGN REVISIONS
If you wish to make changes to your order, including changing your design colour palette to another
one of our available palettes, adding on items or subtracting items, please allow at a minimum 4
weeks notice.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY
The Flower Run cannot promise specific flower types due to seasonal availability and
flower shortages. We will endeavour to replicate the designs shown in our images, but reserve the
right to substitute for other flower types in the same colour palette when needed. 

FLOWER LONGEVITY
Creating flowers for a wedding or event is not the same as your daily delivery flowers that might last
more than a week. We treat and process your wedding flowers for several days prior, so they will be
at their peak for your special day. For example, we will start preparing your roses early in the week
so they will open up for the event day. This means their longevity is likely shortened. 

CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel your booking, please allow 4 weeks notice for a full refund. Please notify
The Flower Run in writing if your event date changes. If your new date is available, we will transfer
your booking to your new date. If your new date is not available, our cancellation policies still apply.
Please take note of our cancellation policy if you are cancelling within 4 weeks:
4+ week out - full refund
3-4 weeks out - 75% refund
2-3 weeks out - 50% refund
Under 2 weeks - no refund given
The Flower Run reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time, with a full refund being provided.

DELIVERY
Our wedding packages do not include delivery but can be requested for an additional charge. Pricing
will depend on delivery location, day being delivered and time being delivered.

COLLECTION
Flower packages are available for collection on Fridays between 10am-2pm, and Saturdays between
10am-11am from our Osborne Park warehouse. The Flower Run will endeavour to pack your items
as carefully as possible for transport. We cannot take responsibility for damages to flowers after
they have left our premises. Please bring a vehicle big enough to fit all your items comfortably, especially if you have multiple items to pick up. Be sure to keep the air conditioning up high and
don't leave your flowers in a hot vehicle. 

FLOWER CARE
Your flowers are fragile and need to be handled with care. It is your responsibility to care for your
flowers, in particular taking into consideration weather conditions such as extreme heat and rain. All
bouquets will be boxed with a water source. Please keep an eye on the water levels and top up if
needed. In summer months, your flowers will drink faster. It is also recommended to top up your
foam based arrangements with water. Buttonholes will be provided with a slightly longer stem and a
vial of water, of which you will need to remove and cut the stems before display. Be sure to keep
your flowers in the coolest room possible out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources. 

SETTING UP
If you have purchased a ceremony package, they have been designed with ease of setup in mind.
Use our online images as reference if you need. Should it be particularly windy, use some non-slip
mat on the plinths to keep your ceremony pieces in place. 

FLOWER COSTS
In the event of a significant increase in the wholesale cost of flowers around your event date, The
Flower Run may request additional payment. Any such payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
